Sales Operations Senior Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and drive the end-to-end transformation of Rebate Sales Operations, with a primary focus on GRAST (Global Rebate Accrual & Settlement Transformation) and IAO (Incentive Accounting & Operations) workstreams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders and delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
1. Own and drive the GRAST and IAO transformation roadmap, from strategy definition to full deployment
2. Establish program governance structure including milestones, KPIs, risk management, and escalation paths
3. Lead program planning sessions, sprint reviews, and executive-level status reporting
4. Define and manage interdependencies across workstreams, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for GRAST and IAO transformation for Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and Business leadership
2. Facilitate alignment between business process owners, system teams, and regional operations teams
3. Drive executive stakeholder engagement, including preparation of business reviews and decision papers
4. Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners where applicable
Process & Business Transformation
1. Lead current-state assessment and future-state design for rebate accrual, settlement, and incentive accounting processes
2. Partner with process owners to identify automation, simplification, and standardization opportunities
3. Drive change management activities including communications, training, and adoption plans
4. Ensure transformation initiatives comply with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards
Team Enablement
1. Coach and mentor team members across GRAST and IAO workstreams
2. Build and maintain a high-performance, collaborative team culture
3. Track team capacity and resource allocation to ensure sustainable delivery
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3+ years in large-scale business or finance transformation programs
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional, global programs in a matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of rebate operations, incentive management, or trade finance processes
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SFDC, or equivalent) in a transformation context
• Excellent communication skills – able to present complex topics clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in Sales Operations, Finance Ops, or Channel Operations
• Familiarity with GRAST or IAO processes within rebate ecosystem
• Experience with process mining, RPA, or digital transformation tools
• Knowledge of SOX compliance in the context of rebate accrual and settlements
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
