Job Title: Performance, Monitoring, Reporting

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our Performance & Quality team as a Measurement & Reporting Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing performance measures, designing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering accurate and timely operational reports. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of performance measurement processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze designated performance measures and reports, including financial, satisfaction, and operational metrics, to identify trends and insights that drive continuous improvement.

  • Operational Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of operational reports, meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform effectively and make informed decisions.

  • Team Leadership: Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key organizational decisions. Provide solutions to challenges that apply across multiple teams.

  • Performance Measurement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance measurement processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Data Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for comprehensive reporting.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.

  • Training and Mentorship: Support the team by training and mentoring new members on performance measurement best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Performance Measurement: Intermediate proficiency in performance measurement analysis and improvement is required.

  • Data Analysis Skills: Beginner proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is recommended.

  • PMO and KPI Design Expertise: Experience in PMO activities, KPI design, and reporting is essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide solutions that apply across multiple teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Clearance Requirement:

  • NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this role.

Additional Requirements:

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance (NV1).

This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

Must be willing to work 5 days onsite
