Job Title: Program/Project Management Representative

Job Description:
 

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Program/Project Management Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, project documentation, and risk mitigation, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and Project Delivery: Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services by leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes.

  • Service Level Agreements: Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

  • Team Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, managing and collaborating with the team to perform effectively. Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key organizational decisions.

  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions to challenges for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.

  • Contract Management: Apply intermediate proficiency in contract management to oversee and manage contractual obligations effectively.

  • Contracting Regulations: Utilize beginner-level proficiency in contracting regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to relevant standards.

  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress, outcomes, and knowledge sharing.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Records Management: Ensure proper records management practices are followed to maintain compliance and support project documentation needs.

  • Innovation and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Key Expertise:

    • Intermediate proficiency in Contract Management is required.

    • Beginner proficiency in Contracting Regulations is recommended.

    • Strong knowledge of records management practices and project documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Experience in fostering collaboration and driving innovative solutions within a team environment.
