Role Purpose
The Delivery Assurance and Service Introduction Analyst supports delivery governance and service readiness activities across the Client’s Solutions lifecycle. The role assists in ensuring solution deployments through Development (DEV), Test (TEST) and other environments are controlled, compliant, and aligned to change and release management processes, while supporting a smooth transition into operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Assurance

Support delivery assurance activities across DEV, TEST and other environment deployments.

Monitor and track solution progress against agreed milestones and quality gates.

Assist in identifying delivery risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate where required.

Ensure artefacts and documentation meet agreed governance and quality standards.

Contribute to status reporting and stakeholder updates.
Change & Release Support

Assist in coordinating change and release activities across environments.
-
Ensure change records are raised, reviewed, and approved in line with governance requirements.

Validate release documentation, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.

Support release scheduling and environment coordination activities.
-
Participate in post-release reviews and lessons learned.
Service Introduction
-
Support service readiness and operational acceptance activities.
-
Ensure operational documentation (runbooks, support models, knowledge articles) is complete and fit-for-purpose.

Liaise with support and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition to BAU.

Assist in readiness assessments prior to production deployment.
Skills & Experience
-
Experience supporting delivery assurance, change, or release management activities.

Understanding of SDLC and environment management (DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD).

Familiarity with ITIL-based change and release processes.
-
Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills.

Attention to detail with strong documentation and governance capability.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Ability to create status reports.

Experience with Azure DevOps and SAFe Agile delivery methodology.
