Oracle Talent Management Lead
Job Description
The Oracle HCM Talent Management Functional Lead is responsible for leading the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions for Accenture clients. This role acts as the functional subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules including Performance & Goals, Talent Profiles, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Oracle Learning Cloud.
Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions and lead design workshops and fit-gap analysis.
Serve as the functional lead throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements to post-go-live support.
Engage client stakeholders and provide advisory on talent transformation and Oracle best practices.
Lead and mentor functional consultants and collaborate with technical and change teams.
Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle HCM Talent Management implementation experience.
Strong functional expertise across multiple Talent modules.
Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
