Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant to take on a Team Lead role within our Oracle ERP practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA). The role will focus on delivering business process solutions across Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Project to Result, and Record to Report.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of consultants in the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion ERP configurations.

  • Provide functional expertise in AP, AR, GL, and FA modules to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Design and optimize business processes for Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Project to Result, and Record to Report.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teams.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.

  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion ERP advancements and recommend best practices to clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support.

  • Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, and FA modules.

  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing deliverables.
