DevOps Test Engineer

About the role:

• High degree of proficiency in automated testing and a solid understanding of DevOps practices.

• Be able to develop and maintain automated test scripts using various test automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or JavaScript is important.

• Working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is also required. Baseline or NV1 Security clearance

Primary skills:

• Expertise in Automated Testing, test automation tools and frameworks with a specific focus on Selenium / Selenium Grid and jMeter

• Enabling the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.

• Deep understanding of DevOps Practices including CI/CD, the integration of testing within the development and deployment pipeline.

Secondary Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps, IaC. 

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or JavaScript, used in test automation and scripting. 

• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, to support testing in these environments
