Global Contracting Associate Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead complex and multi-phase contracting projects across procurement agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Independently redline, draft, and negotiate legal terms, escalating only high-risk items or issues outside playbook guidance.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with sourcing managers and that negotiated terms are clearly documented in agreements.
- Mentor and coach peers and junior contracting staff, sharing best practices and building contracting capability within the team.
- Act as a primary contracting contact for client stakeholders, building trust and providing clear, solution-oriented advice.
- Contribute to updates of contracting playbooks, templates, and governance processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare, update, and disseminate information on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications, partnering with cross-functional teams including Legal, COE, and Sourcing.
- Champion AI and digital tools, applying enterprise-approved assistants to streamline redlining, contract clause review, and reporting.
- Tailor communications for diverse audiences, including executives, stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.
- Manage multiple concurrent contracting workstreams, balancing priorities across dynamic and matrixed environments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College Graduate
- Has 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Contracts Management, Procurement, and Global Sourcing.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on night shift schedule as required
