As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition into cloud security-managed operations. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to maintain its effectiveness and adaptability to evolving business needs, while coordinating with various stakeholders to uphold robust security postures across cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to support cloud security initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security expertise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security architecture with business goals and compliance requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing security frameworks in cloud environments.
- Ability to document and communicate complex security architectures effectively.
- Familiarity with security controls and their operational management in cloud settings.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive security initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
