As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding and mentoring development teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation. The position focuses on establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the team in adopting best practices and innovative approaches to software architecture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software systems using .NET technologies.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and architectural patterns.
- Ability to evaluate and implement performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in code review processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies related to .NET applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
