Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performing software components.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to cloud-based solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
