Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and system updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis within enterprise software systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
