Daily activities include coding, testing, and refining software modules to meet unique business requirements while collaborating in an agile environment to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related business processes within SAP HCM.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments to implement enhancements and fixes.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements in payroll processing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
