Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong understanding of web application development and deployment. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services related to SaaS applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
