About the Company / Team

You will join Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice, partnering closely with account leadership, transformation program teams, and senior client executives. The team focuses on delivering high‑impact organizational change, shaping workforce transformation, and enabling successful technology adoption across large, complex accounts.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change & Talent Leader to drive enterprise‑level transformation across a large, multi‑platform account. This role operates at the intersection of organisational change leadership, workforce strategy, and C‑suite advisory. You will oversee change strategy across a portfolio of programmes—including SAP, Salesforce, and other digital initiatives—ensuring coherence, adoption, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide change strategy across a portfolio of ~40 transformation initiatives
  • Provide oversight, alignment, and quality assurance across SAP, Salesforce, and cross‑functional change workstreams
  • Engage senior client executives on workforce strategy, skills transformation, and future operating models
  • Connect digital transformation efforts to talent, organisation, and leadership implications
  • Act as a strategic advisor to account leadership, shaping follow‑on opportunities and value creation
  • Drive consistent change methodologies, messaging, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics across programmes
  • Partner with multidisciplinary deal teams without being embedded in any single project
  • Bring a consulting mindset—owning workplans, solving ambiguous problems, and influencing without authority

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, organisational change, or workforce advisory
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple programmes concurrently in complex environments
  • Strong executive presence, with experience engaging C‑suite and senior client stakeholders
  • Background in multi‑platform transformation (e.g., ERP, CRM, digital, data)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align diverse teams in a large‑scale, partnership‑based client context
  • Strong consulting toolkit: structured problem‑solving, synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience with large managed services or multi‑year transformation portfolios
  • Familiarity with change analytics, workforce planning, or skills transformation frameworks
  • Exposure to SAP or Salesforce change workstreams (not as a technical SME)
  • Commercial awareness with ability to identify and shape additional consulting opportunities
