AI across the enterprise is not plug-and-play

It requires deep operational and cultural transformation. The real unlock happens when companies reinvent how they run, how they compete and how they grow.

Where are you on your AI journey?

We help companies take on these foundational challenges:

People and leaders have different priorities.

People want to grow their AI skills. The C-suite wants to grow bottom-line AI impact and results.

Data is often very fragmented.

And the cloud isn’t modernized enough to keep AI agents from being slow, small and siloed.

Legacy systems can block progress.

And tech investments no longer match AI ambitions.

Next steps to scale

Talent

AI changes the work—and co-learning is essential.

Talent is the thread that weaves together AI and business strategy, and AI’s full value can only be achieved when leaders and people are ready to learn and work with it. Scaling AI adoption means not just learning new skills but creating new mindsets and leadership behaviors, supporting new ways of working through continuous learning and upskilling, redesigning organizations for agility, raising change competency, supporting hybrid, multi-disciplinary teams and measuring results against value.

A people-centric approach supported by human-agent collaboration—where employees and AI agents co-learn and co-work—is vital.

59%

of C-suite leaders say AI significantly helps to encourage continuous learning and development within their organizations—yet only 11% of organizations are currently equipped to enable effective co-learning, creating an urgent gap.

How we do it with clients

We have a deep history of helping our clients across the globe manage technology changes and reinvent their businesses—and our core strength is doing this at scale. AI is moving faster than past waves, which means embracing new ways of working is even more urgent.

We help our clients answer questions like: How do I reorganize with a human- and AI- powered workforce? How do I drive change programs with impact? What skills will I need for the future and how do I upskill my workforce at speed? How do I develop a culture of curiosity, courage and connection?

Enterprise AI requires reinventing work and the workforce. That begins with individual AI and gen AI literacy but then extends to learning how to work in new ways. That’s why we launched LearnVantage, which offers our clients personalized, industry-specific access to continuous learning in technology, data and AI.

How we’ve done it for ourselves

We are proof that this large-scale upskilling works. We now have 77,000 AI and data professionals across 14 specialized roles. We went from 30 people trained in gen AI in 2022 to over 550,000 trained today—and now we’re rolling out agentic AI training to all 779,000 of our people, part of our more than $1B dedicated to learning each year.

Data

Data is the first mile of AI value—and the foundation for durable growth.

To get the most out of AI, data needs to be organized, easy to access and up to date. This means moving information to the cloud, breaking down data silos and setting clear rules for how data is managed and protected.

Process reinvention is essential. Teams should be able to use data tools themselves, and companies should bring in people with the right skills to handle and analyze data. It’s also important to use real-time information and build systems that can grow and stay secure as the business changes.

Only 20%

of C-suite leaders are redesigning end-to-end processes with AI — but that number has doubled in six months.

How we do it with clients

We say that every strategy leads to technology, and every technology starts with data.

Our clients come to us to modernize their data, redesign their processes and move AI from pilot to scale—across the front, middle and back office. We focus on consolidating dozens of disparate sources into a governed, secure AI and data core to rapidly scale gen AI use cases.

With AI, we help our clients do more with less—through faster code generation, streamlined operations and automation of repetitive tasks. AI frees our clients from the routine so we can focus on true reinvention—that means more ambitious projects, faster results and transformations at scale.

How we’ve done it for ourselves

We treat data as a strategic asset. We’ve modernized our data infrastructure, with strong governance and compliance, and are growing a culture of data literacy and innovation. We invest in data platforms and talent to support scaling AI across our business and embed our data strategy into both how we work with clients and how we transform ourselves.

Digital core

A true digital core is agile, connected and ready for whatever comes next.

Think of it as a living foundation for your business. By architecting systems with AI-driven adaptability, you empower your organization to flex and grow as new opportunities arise. It’s how you thrive through change and connect and grow a flexible link between humans and machines—with security embedded by design.

Success means thriving in a dynamic ecosystem, where you can plug in next-gen technologies and leverage cloud, data and AI. Seamless integration across platforms and business functions breaks down silos, letting insights flow and innovation flourish.

Above all, a digital core demands continuous investment and strategic alignment, ensuring your business remains resilient, future-ready and primed for reinvention.

85%

of C-suite leaders plan to increase AI spending this year—and even if a recession happens by the end of the year, 49% would accelerate rather than slow down.

How we do it with clients

No other company can handle this complexity at scale. We bring the depth of industry knowledge, process expertise and global delivery network needed to make AI work across the entire enterprise.

Today, we work with more than 9,000 clients—including the world’s largest companies and over three-quarters of the Fortune Global 100 and 500. We know their systems inside and out, and we’ve guided them successfully through every major wave of technology change.

For these clients, AI is a high-stakes decision. They need trusted partners who know their business and can deliver at scale—and we fit that role. We are the leading partner for every major hyperscaler. And we layer in our deep industry expertise, commercial flexibility and end-to-end services to drive big, complex transformations.

How we’ve done it for ourselves

We’ve made our technology easier to use and more flexible by moving 95% of our technology to the cloud and connecting data from all parts of the business. This means our people can get real-time information to make better decisions, and the system can grow as needed.

Security is built in from the start, and Accenture works with top tech companies to keep improving. Our people also get training to use these new tools, so we can quickly adapt and continue to power our ongoing reinvention.

"Embracing AI is about changing the way you work, changing your workforce, changing the workbench and how you get work done."
