What it is
A virtual, two-day professional development and learning experience designed to explore the world of technology innovation and professional services through learning sessions, networking opportunities, and engagement activities.

What you’ll learn
Participants will develop foundational business skills and industry acumen, expand their professional network, and gain a more thorough understanding of Accenture, our culture, and our entry-level career opportunities.

Who we’re looking for

First-year students enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program at a college or university in the US or Canada.

We are no longer accepting registrations for the 2026 program.

What it is
Accenture's flagship case competition in which we partner with a non-profit organization to identify a pressing, real-world issue, structure a case challenge, and facilitate a competition for student teams to present dynamic solutions for the non-profit organization.

What you’ll learn
Participants will have the opportunity to help a non-profit organization solve a business challenge and create impact. Through the process of navigating the case and collaborating within a team, participants will develop core consulting skills and learn what a career at Accenture could look like.

Our internship programs are strategically designed to equip you with skills to be successful at Accenture.

What it is
An 11-week immersive, summer internship program designed to mirror Accenture's full-time, entry-level Analyst experience.

What you’ll learn
Summer Analysts will be equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in real-world, client-facing project assignments, all while igniting a sense of excitement, fostering meaningful connections through the development of a robust professional network, and promoting a culture rooted in continuous learning and growth.

Who we’re looking for
Third-year students enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program at a college or university in the US or Canada.

What you’ll learn

First-year MBA students with strong business acumen and a passion for solving global challenges. We look for strategic thinkers who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and eager to work at the intersection of business and technology.
