Accenture Construct – Manager Digital Solutions (Energy), ANS
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
- • You'll lead techno-functional workstreams supporting PMIS implementation, modernization, upgrade, migration, and optimization initiatives.
• You’ll translate project controls and business requirements into application, data, integration, and technical requirements.
• You’ll facilitate working sessions with project controls, scheduling, cost, engineering, technology, and other client stakeholders.
• You’ll assess current-state applications, processes, data structures, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
• You’ll perform fit-gap assessments between business requirements and system capabilities and recommend practical solutions.
• You’ll serve as the bridge between functional stakeholders, application specialists, developers, integration teams, and data resources.
• You’ll support solution design, configuration decisions, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• You’ll lead or support end-to-end data migration activities from legacy project controls and PMIS applications into target platforms.
• You’ll profile and assess source data to identify data quality, completeness, consistency, and structural issues.
• You’ll define source-to-target mappings, transformation requirements, data conversion rules, and reconciliation requirements.
• You’ll work with business and technical teams to cleanse, normalize, transform, and prepare project data for migration.
• You’ll support extraction, transformation, loading, and validation of project controls data.
• You’ll develop and execute data validation and reconciliation approaches to confirm migrated data is complete and accurate.
• You’ll coordinate migration cycles, mock conversions, testing, cutover, and post-migration validation.
• You’ll identify migration risks and data quality issues and work with stakeholders to define practical remediation approaches.
• You’ll support development of migration documentation, mapping specifications, validation results, and cutover procedures.
• You’ll apply strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 data, structures, configuration, and scheduling processes to implementation and migration activities.
• You’ll understand core P6 concepts including EPS/OBS structures, projects, WBS, activities, relationships, calendars, resources, codes, baselines, and schedule data.
• You’ll support migration, integration, and validation of schedule information between P6 and other enterprise or project controls platforms.
• You’ll work across related capital project applications such as Oracle Unifier, Octave Sequence, SAP, Aconex, InEight, Kahua, or similar PMIS/project controls platforms.
• You’ll understand dependencies between scheduling, cost, forecasting, change, reporting, and other project controls data.
• You’ll support definition and validation of integrations between PMIS, scheduling, ERP, reporting, and other enterprise applications.
• You’ll work with technical teams to define data requirements, interfaces, mappings, and validation rules.
• You’ll support reporting and analytics requirements by ensuring underlying project controls data is structured, governed, and reliable.
• You’ll assist with troubleshooting data, interface, configuration, and application issues across integrated project controls environments.
• You’ll promote data quality, consistency, governance, and traceability throughout implementation and migration activities.
• You’ll develop and support system, integration, migration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• You’ll define test scenarios and expected results based on functional requirements and project controls processes.
• You’ll coordinate defect resolution across business and technical teams.
• You’ll support deployment planning, cutover, production validation, and post go-live stabilization.
• You’ll provide functional and technical troubleshooting during implementation and stabilization periods.
• You’ll own day-to-day delivery of assigned workstreams with minimal oversight.
• You’ll manage and mentor consultants, analysts, and technical resources supporting the workstream.
• You’ll coordinate activities across client, onshore, offshore, functional, and technical and support system, integration, migration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• You’ll communicate complex systems and data issues in clear business language for client stakeholders.
• You’ll develop high-quality client deliverables, recommendations, requirements, specifications, and implementation documentation.
• You’ll identify delivery risks, dependencies, and decisions and drive them to resolution.
