Our vision is to become the world's leading advisors in harnessing technology and innovation as a force to reinvent and improve every business. We help business and technology leaders make strategic technology decisions that drive innovation, optimize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Our Technology Strategy practice helps organizations maximize the value of their technology investments by aligning IT spending, financial management, and business strategy. Through Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), and Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps), we enable clients to improve cost transparency, optimize technology investments, and demonstrate the business value of IT.

We work at the intersection of IT, Finance, and executive leadership to help organizations establish financial accountability, strengthen technology investment decisions, and develop strategies that translate technology spending into measurable business outcomes. Our practitioners combine deep technology knowledge, financial management expertise, and strategic advisory capabilities to help clients navigate complex technology environments and drive sustainable business value.

You Are:

A technology strategy leader with a passion for helping organizations understand, manage, and maximize the business value of their technology investments. You bring experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), technology cost optimization, and cloud financial management, along with the ability to translate complex financial and technology information into actionable business insights.

You are results-oriented, analytical, and self-directed, with experience leading client engagements, managing cross-functional teams, and advising senior business and technology stakeholders. You understand the relationship between technology investments, financial performance, and business outcomes and can effectively communicate that value to executive audiences.

You have strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments and develop practical solutions.

As a Senior Manager, you demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to delivering client value. You are motivated to build trusted client relationships, develop team members, contribute to business development, and expand Accenture's capabilities in TBM, ITFM, and technology value management.

In Technology Strategy you will:

  • Lead client engagements to design, implement, and mature Technology Business Management (TBM) programs, including TBM taxonomy adoption, IT cost transparency, cost allocation, and technology value realization frameworks.
  • Partner with client IT Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and FinOps teams to align technology investments and spending with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Assess existing IT financial management capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies and roadmaps to strengthen financial transparency and accountability.
  • Advise clients on cloud financial management and FinOps practices, including cloud cost optimization, financial governance, forecasting, and integration with broader TBM frameworks.
  • Apply knowledge of TBM and ITFM methodologies, taxonomies, and enabling technologies, including Apptio, Cloudability, or similar platforms, to improve technology financial management.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, financial analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations that translate complex technology cost and performance data into meaningful business insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CFOs, CISOs, and other senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment between technology strategy, financial priorities, and business objectives.
  • Lead client workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify technology investment priorities, evaluate cost optimization opportunities, and establish financial management best practices.
  • Define and implement frameworks for measuring technology business value, tracking financial performance, and communicating the return on technology investments.
  • Support business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, workshops, and the development of thought leadership related to TBM, ITFM, FinOps, and technology value management.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deliver additional value through technology strategy and financial transformation initiatives.

As a Senior Manager you will:

  • Lead complex Technology Strategy and TBM engagements, taking accountability for overall project delivery, quality of deliverables, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, serving as a trusted advisor on technology investments, financial management, and business value realization.
  • Lead the development of technology, financial management strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for large and complex organizations.
  • Drive client discussions and executive workshops, presenting recommendations and influencing strategic technology investment decisions.
  • Support sales and business development efforts under Managing Director direction, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client relationship expansion.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, tools, and offerings that strengthen Accenture's Technology Strategy and TBM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Accenture teams across Technology Strategy, Finance, Cloud, and other practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
