Senior Sales Operations Transformation & Managed Services Leader
Who Are We?
Ask anyone who works here — the people make Accenture what it is. Our people are committed to giving their very best every day and doing what is right for our people and our clients.
Accenture drives transformation at some of the largest organizations in the world. We bring together industry expertise, data, AI, technology, process transformation, and our global operations capabilities to help clients reinvent how work gets done.
Accenture is already recognized as a market innovator in Sales Operations. We help organizations transform and operate complex global sales and commercial operations through strategic managed services.
Our Sales Operations managed services bring together specialized talent, new operating models, process excellence, automation, analytics, and AI to deliver better ways of working and improved business outcomes.
Our ambition is not simply to take over existing processes. It is to help clients transform Sales Operations while we operate it — continuously simplifying, automating, and improving how work gets done.
Work You Will Do
Lead Sales Operations Transformation
- Serve as a senior Sales Operations transformation leader and subject matter expert across the sales cycle, solutioning, transition, and execution of Sales Operations managed services.
- Assess clients' existing Sales Operations organizations, processes, technology, and operating models and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and transform.
- Help clients define a future-state Sales Operations vision and roadmap focused on improved seller experience, productivity, operational efficiency, revenue performance, and cost reduction.
- Challenge traditional ways of working and help clients move from fragmented or highly manual Sales Operations models toward more standardized, data-driven, AI-enabled operating models.
- Identify opportunities to apply workflow automation, analytics, generative AI, and agentic capabilities across Sales Operations.
Shape Sales Operations Managed Services Opportunities
- Provide Sales Operations and Managed Services subject matter expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Accenture Song GTM teams, practitioners, industry teams, and Operations leaders to ensure scaled Sales Operations services and managed services opportunities are considered early in client conversations.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and deeply understand their business priorities, Sales Operations challenges, organizational constraints, and transformation objectives.
- Lead executive discussions and workshops focused on value identification, operating model transformation, process redesign, and solution development.
- Build compelling client stories that articulate how Accenture can partner with clients to transform and operate Sales Operations.
- Develop and continuously enhance Accenture's Sales Operations Managed Services value proposition, emphasizing transformation, technology, AI, automation, talent, scale, and measurable business outcomes.
- Influence which opportunities Accenture pursues and define the appropriate transformation and managed services approach for each client.
Design and Deliver BPO / Managed Services Solutions
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Sales Operations managed services solutions — from initial strategy and solutioning through transition, transformation, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
- Translate client objectives and transformation ambitions into pragmatic solutions that can be successfully implemented and operated at scale.
- Design comprehensive Sales Operations managed services solutions including:
- Scope and service catalog
- Future-state operating model
- Process design
- Organization and talent model

- SLAs, KPIs, and business outcome measures
- Transition and implementation approach
- Continuous improvement and transformation roadmap
- Commercial and pricing structure
- Maintain clear ownership and accountability for ensuring that what is sold and designed can be effectively transitioned, implemented, and delivered.
- Work across sales, solutioning, transition, technology, and delivery teams to create an integrated solution and execution plan.
- Support and lead solutioning, value architecture, deal structuring, TVE, pricing, contracting, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop transformation business cases focused on revenue growth, seller productivity, quality, customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost-to-serve improvements.
- Establish delivery models and performance expectations that enable teams to consistently achieve committed service levels and business outcomes.
- Ensure solutions move beyond traditional labor-based BPO toward technology-enabled, automation-led, and increasingly AI-powered managed services models.
- Remain engaged beyond the sale to help ensure that the transformation vision and committed value are realized through delivery.
Lead Transition, Transformation & Run
- Provide senior leadership across the complete managed services lifecycle: Transition → Stabilize → Transform → Run → Continuously Improve.
- Lead and oversee the transition of Sales Operations activities from client organizations into Accenture delivery models, with accountability for successful mobilization and operational readiness.
- Establish transition plans that protect business continuity while creating opportunities to simplify, standardize, redesign, and automate processes rather than simply lifting and shifting existing ways of working.
- Lead mobilization across people, process, technology, data, governance, knowledge transfer, and change management.
- Establish strong relationships and operating rhythms between client stakeholders and Accenture delivery teams.
- Ensure transitioned services successfully move through stabilization and into high-performing steady-state operations.
- Define and oversee governance, service management, SLA/KPI performance, quality, productivity, financial performance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
- Take an active leadership role in the ongoing delivery of Sales Operations services, ensuring operational performance and transformation commitments are achieved.
- Build and execute transformation roadmaps that continuously improve Sales Operations after transition rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process redesign, standardization, automation, analytics, AI, workforce optimization, and improved seller experience.
- Partner directly with delivery leaders and teams to identify and implement opportunities for automation, generative AI, agentic capabilities, analytics, and new ways of working.
- Use operational data and performance insights to identify root causes, improve service performance, and continually identify new sources of value.
- Maintain executive-level client relationships throughout delivery, communicating performance, transformation progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Create a culture of operational excellence and continuous transformation, ensuring the managed service evolves as client needs, business priorities, and technology capabilities change.
