Integrated Marketing Programs Manager
Location: Negotiable (Select US locations)
Join Accenture Song Marketing and Communications and help bring to life the programs, campaigns and experiences that position Song at the intersection of creativity, technology and business transformation.
This role sits within Song Marketing + Communications (M+C) and supports the activation of Song’s business and growth priorities through integrated marketing programs across the organization.
Role Scope:
Drive the planning and activation of integrated marketing programs across Song M+C, translating business and commercial priorities into coordinated campaigns, content, events, experiences and market-facing activity.
Working closely with the Integrated Growth & Activation lead, this role will be a core driver of Song’s Sales & Commercial Priorities program — connecting validated market demand and business growth opportunities to focused M+C activation.
The role blends integrated marketing, program leadership and cross-functional coordination — working across Song M+C, sales and commercial teams, markets, CRMers, enterprise M+C, Activation Hub, Canvas and specialist teams to move priority programs from strategy into market.
As a key member of the Song M+C team, this role will own defined campaigns and workstreams while helping connect activity across campaigns, events, content and ecosystem activation. The role will be expected to operate with significant independence, bring structure to complex programs and ensure plans move from ambition to high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive planning and delivery across assigned integrated marketing campaigns, leading defined workstreams and activations from brief and planning through execution, measurement and optimization.
- Support the program focused on sales & commercial priorities, translating validated market demand, sales priorities and business growth opportunities into actionable M+C plans.
- Lead integrated marketing delivery across priority FY27 campaigns, including market growth priorities, Service Reinvention and Sales Reinvention, connecting campaigns to the right content, channels, events and experiences.
- Coordinate flexible activation across emerging business and market priorities, helping determine the appropriate M+C response when opportunities require focused support.
- Help connect campaigns and commercial priorities to key market moments, including Cannes, ensuring activations advance the broader program strategy rather than operate as standalone events.
- Build integrated program plans that establish objectives, audiences, activities, owners, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and measures of success.
- Work across content, thought leadership, executive visibility, events, social, media, ecosystem and other M+C teams to bring the right capabilities into each program.
- Partner with Activation Hub, Canvas, Canvas, enterprise M+C, markets and specialist teams to coordinate delivery and maintain momentum across interconnected workstreams.
- Maintain visibility across program activity, surfacing dependencies, risks, decisions and opportunities for greater integration to the Integrated Growth & Activation lead.
- Manage clear operating rhythms for assigned programs, including planning, stakeholder coordination, status reporting and measurement.
- Track program performance and activation metrics, using insights to strengthen future planning and demonstrate impact.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, tools and new ways of working to improve program planning, coordination, execution and measurement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, GTM, growth marketing, program management or strategic activation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience translating business or commercial priorities into integrated marketing plans and activation.
- Experience working across campaigns, content, events, client experiences, digital, social or other integrated marketing channels.
- Commercial orientation and an understanding of how marketing can support client demand, sales priorities and business growth.
Professional Skills:
- Strong program leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complexity and create clarity across teams.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy while knowing when to escalate decisions, risks or trade-offs.
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable experimenting with new technologies, AI-enabled workflows and evolving ways of working.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational judgment and resilience in managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams. Comfortable taking ownership in situations where requirements, timelines or scope may not be fully defined and able to adapt quickly as business needs change.
