*Internship program starts in June and runs approximately 10 weeks

  • Provide support in strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Receive ongoing support and guidance from a mentor (or "buddy") who’ll help you grow professionally and navigate your summer experience.

Advisory Consulting Summer Analyst

Agile, analytical thinkers with a strong interest in technology and business transformation. They contribute to high-impact client work by applying foundational consulting, industry, analytic, and technical skills, while growing through continuous learning and collaboration.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly synthesize complex information and develop structured, innovative solutions

  • Skills & experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strategic mindset and a strong grasp of business fundamentals
  • Proactively curious and innovative—actively seeking to understand and leverage emerging technologies, including Gen AI
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making sound judgments with incomplete information, and driving forward with confidence
  • Demonstrated communications skills via past work or leadership experience (internships, part-time jobs, project lead roles, leadership roles on campus)

Industry X Summer Analyst:

Enable clients to digitize what they make it, revolutionize how they make it. Transform how products are designed, manufactured, sourced, and serviced—driving productivity, growth, and sustainability through technology and process reinvention.

  • Experience or exposure to applying AI, advanced generative AI, engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain concepts with examples of what they have built in academic, experiments, internship, or project settings.
  • Familiarity with tools specific to engineering environments (e.g., CAD, simulation software, ERP systems, or digital twin platforms)
  • Strong grasp of technical problem-solving within product design, sourcing, infrastructure, manufacturing, or servicing contexts
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including team leads and managers
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset with demonstrated impact in systems/process optimization or operational efficiency

    Song Summer Analyst:

    Create human-centered, tech-powered experiences that grow brands and drive impact. Advisory-Song Analysts blend creativity, strategy, and data to reimagine how customers engage with products, services, and platforms.

    • Interest or experience in areas such as marketing, customer service, commerce, or digital experience development
    • Experience with research, process design, requirements gathering, data analysis / visualization, or program management through academic projects or internships
    • Foundational understanding of experience, automation, and AI technologies, such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, and others
    • Familiarity with human-centered design, persona development, agile product management, PowerPoint storytelling, and design thinking

    Sourcing & Procurement Summer Analyst:

    Define & solve client challenges, build & inform strategies that enable C-suite priorities, and propel transformational change through driving efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain resilience

    • Strong core consulting skillset, focused in using data driven methodologies to drive strategic insights
    • Exceptional analytical skills to make sense of large/messy data sets; utilizes data visualization skills/charts/graphs to bring analyses to life
    • Ability to storyboard and develop presentations to communicate recommendations to executive-level clients
    • Exceptional project management skills, including effective organizational skills, ability to balance multiple workstreams and communicate priorities to team
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to adapt to what you see & hear
    • Utilizes exceptional problem-solving skills techniques to identify the root causes of issues and create innovative and practical solutions
    • Highly adaptable & continuous learner; proactively identifies trends, rapidly acquires knowledge about new industries, categories, and market dynamics
    • Strong collaborator; partners with teammates to show support for their projects and lends knowledge

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, and Supply Chain) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
    • Prior internship or work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior internship experience in consulting, technology, or professional services.
    • Project experience through work or coursework by developing and implementing solutions to solve real-world business challenges, demonstrating a consulting mindset.
    • Leadership experience through student organizations or extracurricular activities.
    • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
    • Familiarity with programming languages, data visualization tools, and/or cloud platforms.
    • Knowledge of core consulting skills – business processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology.
    • Ability to work with data to solve real-world problems and present findings clearly.
    • Effective communicator in a presentation setting.

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
