Data & AI Strategy Internship
Hledáme motivovaného juniora v oblasti Data & AI strategie, který/á se připojí k našemu dynamickému týmu na dohodu o pracovní činnosti (DPČ). Tato pozice je ideální pro studenta nebo čerstvého absolventa se zájmem o data, analytiku a umělou inteligenci, a s chutí se učit, jak tyto technologie ovlivňují firemní strategii. Budete pracovat po boku zkušených konzultantů, podporovat klientské projekty i interní iniciativy a pomáhat organizacím v jejich transformaci prostřednictvím inovativních Data & AI řešení.
Náplň práce:
- Podpora seniorních konzultantů při přípravě Data & AI strategií a transformačních roadmap
- Provádění výzkumu a analýz trendů v odvětví, technologií a klientských výzev
- Podpora definice a prioritizace Data & AI use casů napříč různými odvětvími
- Spolupráce na tvorbě prezentací, reportů a workshopů, které klientům srozumitelně předávají poznatky a doporučení
- Účast na tvorbě value casů a podpora měření dopadu Data & AI iniciativ
- Spoluúčast na návrhu datového governance a operačních modelů pod vedením seniorních kolegů
- Podpora change management aktivit, které pomáhají organizacím úspěšně zavádět Data & AI řešení
- Seznámení se s principy Responsible AI a asistence při hodnocení etického využívání AI
Hledáme právě Vás, pokud:
Studuješ nebo máš dokončený bakalářský či magisterský stupeň v oborech Business, Informatika, Data Science, AI, Inženýrství nebo příbuzném oboru
Prokazatelný zájem o data, analytiku a umělou inteligenci (studium, projekty, mimoškolní aktivity)
Silné analytické a problémově-orientované myšlení a ochota objevovat nové koncepty
Dobré komunikační schopnosti a schopnost týmové spolupráce s kolegy i klienty
Znalost datových nástrojů nebo vizualizačních platforem (např. Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL apod.) je výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou
Schopnost řídit více úkolů současně a udržet si přehled v rychlém konzultačním prostředí
Chuť učit se od zkušených profesionálů a rozvíjet se v oblasti Data & AI
Plynulá znalost českého/slovenského a anglického jazyka je podmínkou

Praktickou zkušenost s moderními modely a platformami (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source) a nástroji včetně ekosystému Microsoft.
Podíl na návrhu AI pipeline a orchestrace (embeddingy, vektorové databáze, guardrails, evaluace, agentní workflow).

Viditelný dopad práce u reálných klientů + rychlý růst díky projektům, mentoringu a kontinuálnímu vzdělávání.
