Job Summary 

As a Specialist, you will design, architect, build, and lead delivery of complex Conga CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3.5 + years of hands-on experience with strong Conga CPQ, hands-on Salesforce development skills and Conga Turbo/RLP background, and the ability to steer technical teams across multi-squad, enterprise-scale programs.  You will own end-to-end CPQ architecture, guide the development team, define DevOps and deployment paths, and ensure quality, scalability, and performance across the conga CPQ solution. 

 Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Work on the Salesforce platform and Conga CPQ, focusing on areas such as Apex callback classes, Pricing and validation callback.  
  • Be proficient in Conga CPQ configuration, including product attribute rules, price rules, attribute-based pricing, product and catalog management, constraint rules, promotions, and cart logic. 
  • Define solution architecture, data models, pricing frameworks and product configurations using the Conga Turbo/ RLP Platform, including performance optimized design logic. 
  • Lead integrations with CLM, Billing, ERP, tax engines, and middleware solutions. 
  • Establish development best practices and governance standards. 
  • Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices, governor limit awareness, design patterns, and coding standards. 
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to design standards. 
  • Manage technical risks, effort estimation, security governance, and cross-team dependencies. 
  • Lead scrum teams, conduct code reviews, and guide developers and analysts. 
  • Support UAT, release readiness, cutover, and post‑production stabilization. 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and Architects to convert business needs into technical roadmaps. 

Job Qualifications: Professional and Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ or Conga RLP with minimum of 3.5+ years hands-on with Conga CPQ  
  • Deep understanding of CPQ product configuration, pricing, quoting, and advanced approval processes. 
  • Knowledge of Conga Turbo or RLP Platform rule authoring, optimization, and debugging is a plus. 
  • Integration experience with Billing/Taxation/ ERP systems and middleware (MuleSoft/REST). 
  • Strong Salesforce coding and configuration: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Flows, Integration Patterns. 
  • Good to have Experience with other conga Q2C product suites like Conga CLM, Conga Billing, and broader products. 
  • Experience with development and deployment of C# code is a plus. 
  • Certifications (Preferred): Conga CPQ Basic or Advanced, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and MuleSoft certification is a plus.
