We offer solutions and assets across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X, and Accenture Song.
At the AI&Data, we work locally and globally with over 250 Poland‑based specialists. Our expertise spans data architecture and sectoral specialization. We collaborate with tech partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Snowflake to implement cutting‑edge solutions. We provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development, covering all aspects of Data & Analytics.
THE WORK
As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and delivering production-grade GenAI and agentic AI systems for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. We're looking for engineers with a strong software development foundation who have gone deep into the GenAI space - the combination of mature engineering skills and hands-on LLM experience is what sets this role apart.
You will:
Architect and build autonomous multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and execute complex business workflows end-to-end — selecting and orchestrating the right cutting-edge models (commercial and open-source) for each use case
Design the data backbone behind agentic solutions: embeddings pipelines, vector databases, hybrid search, and RAG systems that give agents access to enterprise knowledge at scale
Build secure integrations that connect autonomous agents to corporate databases, APIs, and enterprise systems — enabling them to act, not just answer
Own the full production lifecycle: deploying agentic AI to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with enterprise-grade observability, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI guardrails
Lead technical delivery alongside consultants and cross-functional teams on high-impact client projects
Interview Note:
We want to see your real workflow. During the technical interview, we'll co-build or debug a segment of an agentic solution together - using your preferred development setup, including any AI-assisted tools you use day to day.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Work on some of the most ambitious GenAI projects in the industry - building production-grade agentic AI systems for Fortune 500 organizations across multiple sectors.
Collaborate with a team of experienced AI & Data practitioners who are shaping how leading enterprises adopt agentic AI - a place where you'll grow as fast as the technology itself.
A senior engineering role where you take real ownership - from architecture decisions to production delivery - on projects that push the boundaries of what autonomous AI can do in the enterprise.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Min. 6 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering, including at least 2–3 years working hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI
Strong Python skills and solid understanding of SQL
Deep understanding of agentic architecture patterns - able to evaluate trade-offs, select the right approach for the problem, and guide the team toward the most technically sound solution
Proven experience building and delivering agentic AI solutions in a commercial environment
Hands-on experience with vector databases, chunking strategies, and embedding optimization
Practical knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK) and integration protocols
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or similar) - we expect these to be a core part of your daily workflow, not an occasional add-on
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization and API tooling (Docker, FastAPI),
Fluent English (B2+/C1)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Proven ability to optimize RAG architectures for large scale analytics
Hands-on experience with MLOps and secure deployment patterns in enterprise settings
Knowledge of LLMOps, model evaluation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications
Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, AI Act compliance, and hallucination mitigation strategies
Track record of leading or mentoring junior engineers
Contributions to open-source projects or recognized thought leadership in the GenAI space
Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements. If you believe you possess the necessary skills, even if not meeting every requirement, we wholeheartedly encourage you to submit your application.
