The expectation from a new joiner is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, designing IT systems, and supporting implementation.

We seek juniors, who are:

• highly motivated

• desire to work hard and grow quickly

• able to work under pressure

• able to communicate in Czech/Slovak and English at working proficiency, German language is a nice-to-have

• interested in IT technology

• flexible for part-time travel

• graduates of technical universities (nice to have)

This has to be accompanied by outstanding academic record, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team. Participation in internship programs and experience demonstrating analytical skills are advantageous.
