As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Consultant, you will support our clients in making planning, construction, and operational processes more efficient and transparent through digital modeling technologies. You will implement and establish BIM standards, actively work with Autodesk Revit to create and coordinate models, and ensure data quality throughout the entire project lifecycle. At the same time, you will optimize workflows through innovative automation solutions and foster collaboration within complex project environments.

What You Can Expect:

Reimagining Large-Scale Projects Through Digitalization
You will work on complex infrastructure and industrial construction projects, identifying optimization opportunities and leveraging BIM to create tangible value for our clients.

Shaping BIM Standards and Models
You will develop, coordinate, and maintain digital building models using Autodesk Revit while ensuring high quality and consistency through adherence to modeling standards and best practices.

Driving Efficiency Through Smart Automation
You will analyze existing processes and workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency across project activities.

Strengthening Collaboration in Complex Teams
You will work closely with interdisciplinary and international project teams, train stakeholders in BIM methodologies, and actively contribute to improved coordination and collaboration.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including the successful application and implementation of BIM methodologies in projects
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and experience with CDE tools or collaboration platforms (e.g., Thinkproject, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Construction & Engineering, or Dalux)
  • A solid understanding of modeling standards and best practices, along with an interest in further developing and automating BIM processes
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a consulting environment, including adapting to new tools and technologies
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment
