Technology Strategy & Advisory - Enterprise Architect Manager
About the Role
Join Accenture's Transformation Strategy & Transformation practice as an Enterprise Architect Consultant, supporting complex business and technology transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. You will help clients define enterprise architecture strategies, target-state architectures, modernization roadmaps, and governance frameworks that enable sustainable growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation.
Working closely with business leaders, technology stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will translate strategic objectives into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology capabilities across cloud, data, applications, integration, cybersecurity, and operational technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise architecture strategies, principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps across business and technology domains.
Translate business priorities into transformation initiatives, modernization programs, and cloud adoption strategies.
Assess and optimize application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and operational technology landscapes.
Establish and govern architecture standards, reference architectures, and decision-making frameworks.
Guide solution architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
Lead stakeholder engagement, architecture reviews, executive communications, and technology strategy discussions.
Support solution development, proposals, RFP responses, estimation activities, and asset creation for industry transformation opportunities.
Contribute to business development efforts and thought leadership initiatives across one or more industry sectors, including Energy, Financial Services, and Communications & Media
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
8-12 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or related industry roles.
Minimum 2 years of architecture-focused experience with demonstrable exposure to enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology strategy, or transformation initiatives.
Proven experience in at least one of the following industries:
Energy
Financial Services
Communications & Media
Energy Experience
Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, downstream, utilities, or renewable energy operations.
Experience with operational technology environments, industrial systems, asset management platforms, or digital transformation initiatives within the energy sector is highly regarded.
Financial Services Experience
Strong understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking, insurance, or capital markets.
Experience with banking platforms, payment systems, financial regulations, risk management, or financial data architecture is highly regarded.
Communications & Media Experience
Strong understanding of telecommunications, broadband, mobile, fixed-line, media, or digital services environments.
Experience with communications industry platforms, network transformation, digital customer experience, or OSS/BSS ecosystems is highly regarded.
Core Architecture Requirements
Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, target-state architectures, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
Ability to align business capabilities and operating model objectives with technology architecture strategies.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, modernization, migration, resilience, and cost optimization initiatives.
Experience with enterprise business platforms, data ecosystems, integration technologies, and API-led architectures.
Understanding of data architecture, data governance, analytics enablement, and information management principles.
Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills.
TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
Cloud certifications across major cloud platforms.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, architecture governance frameworks, and large-scale transformation programs.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Additional certifications in cybersecurity, data architecture, integration architecture, cloud technologies, or industry-specific platforms.
