WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Power Platform Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that transform and streamline business processes across industries.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into functional solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Develop custom components using Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and Azure services as needed.
Produce clear documentation for solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions.
Participate in testing cycles (UAT, pre-UAT) and provide support during deployment and hypercare.
Apply structured change management to implement updates and enhancements.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Automation Engineer who will cover the full spectrum of Business Analysis and Development, specializing in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and technical background, capable of engaging with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translating them into robust, scalable low-code solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a must.
Solid understanding of end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.
Previous exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) will be considered a strong asset.
Ability to function as both Business Analyst and Developer, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose automation opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
Working knowledge of integration with Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Azure Logic Apps).

A structured, self-organized mindset and attention to detail.
University Degree (AEI or TEI).
