Your Job
As an SAP Development Architect, you will lead the design and architectural governance of modern SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP. You will set development standards, define extensibility strategies, and ensure solutions align with SAP’s Clean Core principles.
You will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to clearly articulate architectural decisions and roadmap direction to both technical and business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:
Defining and governing full stack architecture using ABAP Cloud, Fiori, Build Apps, RAP, and CAP.
Establishing architectural guidelines for scalable side-by-side and in-app extensions aligned with SAP’s Clean Core strategy.
Providing design authority over SAP Fiori applications.
Designing and overseeing OData services and API strategies.
Governing development and deployment approaches on SAP BTP using Business Application Studio and Eclipse ADT.
Providing architectural direction across SAP BTP Build solutions (Build Apps, Build Code, Build Process Automation, Build Work Zone).
Defining extensibility strategy using:
o Key User Extensibility
o Developer Extensibility
o Side-by-Side Extensibility on BTP
Leading custom code migration and modernization initiatives from an architectural perspective.
Ensuring secure, high-performance, and compliant solutions following SAP best practices.
Driving innovation initiatives and aligning solution design with SAP’s evolving development roadmap.
Leading development teams and acting as technical authority.

Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development projects, with proven experience in solution design and architectural ownership.
Strong experience in modern SAP development paradigms.
Clear understanding of SAP’s Clean Core strategy and extensibility approach.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives for stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, innovation-driven mindset.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Willingness to travel for cross-border assignments.
EU citizenship required.
