Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
6+ Years of exp in SQL Development & Database Management:
Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support data processing and reporting needs
Create and manage database objects (tables, indexes, constraints) ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis
Automate repetitive tasks using SQL Agent jobs, scripts, and scheduling tools
Data Integration & ETL Processing
Manage data ingestion and integration workflows across multiple layers (IDL, PUB, and downstream systems)
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to process data from various sources into centralized systems
Handle data extracts, imports, and synchronization across regions (CO, GA, HI, MA, NW, CN, CS)
Ensure seamless source-to-target data movement and validation
6+ Years of exp in Production Support & Operations
Provide production support for SQL and data processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs
Troubleshoot and resolve data and system-related issues with minimal downtime
Support multi-region, multi-cadence processes ensuring timely execution
Act as a backup resource for cross-functional teams, including regulatory costing and data integration processes
Data Validation & Quality Assurance
Perform end-to-end data validation including:
Record count reconciliation
Duplicate checks
Aggregate validation
Null/percentage analysis
Conduct monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc validations before publishing data
Identify anomalies and perform root cause analysis to resolve data issues
2+ Years of experience in Databricks paltform for Data Engineering
3+ Years of exp in Reporting, Analytics & Visualization
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights and reconciliation
Generate trend analysis reports to identify anomalies and month-over-month variances
Support business stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting needs
6+ Years of exp in Automation & Process Improvement
Develop reusable automation templates for validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes
Implement workflow automation using Power Automate for alerts, notifications, and process tracking
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (D&E) to enhance efficiency and data quality
Explore and contribute to automation using emerging technologies (e.g., Gen AI)
Mandatory Tools & Technologies:

Power Apps & Power Automate
Excel
Experience to Databricks / Cloud platforms (good to have)
