Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive Design engineering activities aimed at delivering effective technical solutions in aircraft cabin. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including configuration management and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving by applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, and hands-on experience to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. Daily tasks may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes to support business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of engineering deliverables.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Interior Design.
- Strong Knowledge in Airbus Process and methods-Mandatory – with A350 VPM & PASS certification
- Proficient in Catia v5 application-Mandatory
- Ability to Read and understand Engineering drawing & BOM and good knowledge in GD&T-Mandatory
- Experience in working with monuments like Stowage / Partition / Doghouse / Lavatory / Galley / Bar/CTS/Seats/Placards etc. -Mandatory
- Knowledge on Tools like Enovia VPM, PASS, ACP. CADB, TAKSY, GILDA, ICC CADB, SAP-Mandatory
- Knowledge on Tools like 3D JUUMP, AIRINA, CCD/SAMM-DACAS-Nice to have
- Supported retrofit and modification activities for Cabin-Mandatory
- Experience in installation feasibility, interface definition, and integration in DMU-Mandatory
- Exposure to knowledge towards SB process and creation-Nice to have
- Ability to learn and a passion towards new technologies will be appreciated-Nice to have
- Ready to work from client location/work from office all the working days-Mandatory
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aircraft Interior Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education in Engineering and Airbus VPM PASS Certification is required.
