Summary:
As an AVEVA Spiral Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing refinery supply chain solutions using AVEVA Spiral (Unified Supply Chain) tools. You will leverage linear programming models and advanced optimization techniques to improve planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand business requirements, developing optimization models, and delivering scalable solutions that support refinery and process industry operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead the design and development of LP-based optimization models using AVEVA Spiral Plan and Schedule modules.
-Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into supply chain optimization solutions.
-Configure and implement planning, scheduling, and logistics models for refinery operations.
-Perform model validation, debugging, and scenario analysis to ensure solution accuracy and efficiency.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process, operations, and IT to ensure successful project delivery.
-Provide technical consulting and solution guidance to clients throughout implementation and support phases.
-Support integration of AVEVA Spiral solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, production systems, data platforms).
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including model enhancement and performance optimization.
-Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations as required.
-Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and quality guidelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
-Strong proficiency in AVEVA Spiral / AVEVA Unified Supply Chain (Plan & Schedule modules).
-Expertise in Linear Programming (LP modeling) and optimization techniques.
-Experience in refinery supply chain processes, including planning, scheduling, and crude/product optimization.
-Ability to build, validate, and maintain optimization and simulation models.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex datasets.

Good To Have Skills:
-Experience with other planning tools such as Aspen PIMS, Honeywell RPMS, or similar LP solutions.
-Knowledge of data integration and enterprise system interfaces (ERP, MES, historians, etc.).
-Exposure to scenario simulation, what-if analysis, and digital twin concepts.
-Familiarity with process industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Chemicals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Aveva Spiral.
- This position is based at multiple locations.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
