Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders during discovery and design phases
-Analyze and formalize business requirements into functional specifications
-Define target PLM processes and data models within 3DEXPERIENCE
-Design functional architecture covering ENOVIA objects, lifecycles, workflows, maturity states and access rules
-Ensure consistency between functional design and technical implementation- Coordinate with technical architects and developers during build phase
-Validate configurations and custom developments from a functional standpoint
-Support system integration, user acceptance testing and defect analysis
-Contribute to deployment strategy, cutover preparation and hypercare activities
-Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior functional consultants
-Identify functional risks, dependencies and mitigation actions in delivery contexts
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have skills:
-Strong expertise in PLM concepts: configuration management, BOM, change management, document management
-Proven experience with Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, mainly ENOVIA
-Ability to design end-to-end PLM functional architectures- Experience in industrial environments (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing or equivalent)
-Functional specification writing and process modeling skills
-Good understanding of integration principles with downstream and upstream systems
-Familiarity with project delivery methodologies in complex programs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
