Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Reports Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), reporting solutions, and Oracle technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting reports, batch programs, and integrations within Oracle Utilities applications.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting tools along with a good understanding of utility business processes such as Billing, Metering, Payments, Credit & Collections, and Customer Service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools.
Design and customize CC&B reports, bill print extracts, operational reports, and regulatory reports.
Work on Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) configurations and custom components.
Develop and support batch jobs, algorithms, user exits, and service scripts.
Create and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects.
Support report migration, deployment, and production releases.
Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and architects to understand reporting requirements.
Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and performance tuning for reports and interfaces.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare technical design documents and support knowledge transfer activities.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B / CCS.
Hands-on experience in BI Publisher Reports development.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Knowledge of batch processing, algorithms, BO, MO, UI Maps, Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, and Portals.
Experience with Oracle database performance tuning.
Understanding of CC&B modules such as: Billing , Payments , Credit & Collections, Meter Management, Customer Service & Move-In / Move-Out
Experience with XAI / IWS / Web Services integrations.
Good understanding of SDLC, deployment, and support processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in CC&B implementation or upgrade projects.

Additional Information:
4+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B Reports Developer.
This position is based at our Gurgaon office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
