Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:
As a Techno Function Architect, you will play a hybrid role that designs, implements, and supports Human Capital Management solutions by combining strong functional knowledge of HR processes with technical skills in areas like HCM platforms (Workday, SAP Successfactors, etc.), integrations, and reporting. Key responsibilities include bridging the gap between HR stakeholders and IT, configuring and customizing HCM modules, building complex integrations etc. The role requires expertise in technical aspects like data loading (HDL), and functional aspects such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed to achieve optimal results.
Roles & responsibilities:
-Strategic and architectural design: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical and functional solutions for HCM.
-Implementation and configuration: Lead the configuration and customization of various HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, Learning and Talent Management.
-Technical development: Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using tools.
-AI, Automation and HR Analytics Architecture: Architect AI-driven solutions for HR transformation, Integrate generative AI into HR workflows (LLMs, embeddings, prompt orchestration). Define data strategy for HR analytics, HR data lakes, and unified talent intelligence platforms
-Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives. Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Functional expertise: Strong understanding of human resources management systems and processes. Experience with system integration and data migration strategies. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in HCM platforms, integration and reporting tools is generally required, along with AI architecture knowledge.
-Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
-Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both business and technical teams.
Additional Information:
-The candidate should typically have 15+ years of hands-on experience in a techno-functional HCM role, application development, integrations, and technical architecture.
-Education: Bachelor s/Master s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
-The position will be based in our Bangalore office.
