Summary: As an Tech Support Associate Manager, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions. You need to design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, product capability and scalability needs ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. Responsibilities – • Drive architecture & technical delivery in Oracle administration • Solution planning and technical architecture delivery for Oracle on premise and cloud system • Guide team in competency development and project delivery on Oracle cloud & on premise System • Candidate should have 60% Database Exposure, 20% Cloud exposure & 20% Management exposure • Support RFP & RFI responses • Tuning and troubleshooting of Database any components, with RAC Technical Experience – • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Database administration with hands on experience in implementation and support • Need an in-depth understanding of Oracle architecture • Understanding of DBA Planning Calendar for DB admin tasks • Exposure to Database backup and recovery setup and troubleshooting issues • Knowledge of RMAN and its integration with Oracle • Detailed knowledge on standby databases, Oracle Data Guard and other replication technologies • In-depth understanding of Oracle Disaster Recovery setup • Experience in managing multiple Oracle database releases – Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c on large systems • Expert in Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) management, Automatic Storage Management (ASM), and Oracle Data Guard • Expert in Oracle Database performance tuning and reporting, Cloud/On Prem Migration hands-on exposure, Exposure to Oracle Linux or Oracle Solaris • Migration and Administration knowledge on PostgresSQL, MySQL/ Maria & other open source databases is preferred Professional Experience– • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate business value and manage client relationships • Ability to lead team in pressure environment within defined KPI/SLA Educational Qualification – • 15 Years of Full time education • Knowledge on ITIL standard and best practices • Exadata hands on experience would be an added advantage
