Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Program Manager, ANS
THE WORK:
- You'll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong client relationships and providing strategic guidance to solve complex project and business challenges.
- You'll support business development efforts through industry expertise, thought leadership, proposal development, and participation in industry events.
- You'll act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing capital projects from planning and initiation through execution, closeout, and handover.
- You'll lead project planning and delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
- You'll develop and implement program tools, processes, and initiatives that drive operational excellence, team growth, and client success.
- You'll build and maintain impactful relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting recommendations and updates to executive leadership.
- You'll monitor program performance, assess client needs, analyze key metrics, and recommend scalable solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.
- You'll advise clients on resource planning and allocation strategies, including staffing and Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) management.
- You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client teams to drive successful project execution and achievement of program goals.
- You'll identify and mitigate project risks while fostering effective communication and coordination across project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$175,000 - $185,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree
- 10+ years experience in the data center industry including strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) disciplines
- 15+ years of progressive experience
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital projects
- Experience in project delivery
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills
- Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, and other capital projects platforms
