Accenture Construct– Senior Quality Inspector, ANS
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
- You’ll serve as the Owner’s representative to oversee and ensure the implementation of quality standards and procedures throughout the construction phase of an EPC project. This role is responsible for verifying contractor compliance with project specifications, codes, and contractual requirements, and for driving continuous improvement in construction quality and safety.
- You’ll identify and mitigate quality risks early in the construction lifecycle.
- You’ll develop client Site Quality Plan aligned with project risks, contract requirements, and project Quality requirements.
- You’ll monitor and audit the contractor’s quality control program and activities as well as collaborate with contractor’s QA/QC team, construction managers, and discipline engineers.
- You’ll ensure document control on site – drawings (use, distribution, and discard) and ensure construction work meets design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- You’ll review and approve contractor quality documentation, including ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
- You’ll maintain detailed records of inspections, deficiencies, and resolutions (Owner and Contractor) as checks and validations, test reports, FIP, Turn page, NCR, RFIs, quality logs, inspection reports, punch lists etc. Review and control submittals, RFIs, NCRs.
- You’ll support the client site team on auditing quality contractor QA/QC inspections and witness tests to verify workmanship and material compliance as well as support turnover documentation and final quality dossier compilation.
- You’ll maintain and provide regular quality status updates to the Owner’s project team.
