We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in as a ServiceNow Developer. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components.

Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API).

Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role
Due to the security requirement of the role NV1 Security clearance is a requirement.
Candidates with Baseline clearance ready to move to NV1 Security level may be considered for the role.
