Accenture Construct – Resident Engineer, ANS
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
- You’ll provide project managements, and occassional onsite inspection and quality assurance on highway and roadway construction projects, determining whether completed work follows plans and specifications.
- You’ll coordinate work with contractors, public utility agencies, the project team, Construction Staking CMCs, and Material Testing CMCs.
- You’ll coordinate directly with the general contractor and negotiate change orders.
- You’ll assist with inspections to confirm structural construction complies with contract plans, specifications, and special provisions, including bridges, foundations, walls, falsework, shoring, and drainage structures.
- You’ll make or support grade, alignment, quantity, falsework, and shoring calculations.
- You’ll prepare or assist with contract change orders, contract estimates, progress pay estimates, and other required project documents and reports.
- You’ll coordinate construction-material sampling and testing to monitor compliance with contract specifications.
- You’ll monitor and track contractor progress, maintain project records, and prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
$190,000 - $240,000 a year
