John Crosthwait leads our West Market Unit, helping our clients drive growth across all industries. In this role, John is responsible for Accenture’s financial performance, people and practice development, regional offices, and community engagement spanning California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Idaho. He is also a member of the company’s Global Management Committee and the North America Leadership Team.
In more than three decades at Accenture, John has led global client accounts, portfolios, and practices involving some of Accenture’s largest digital, customer and product transformations spanning North America, Europe, China, Japan and India. He has worked with C-suite executives from dozens of clients on cloud, content, product engineering, customer experience transformations and enterprise reinvention to drive value-added change.
For more than a decade, John served as Accenture’s client account lead for one of the world’s largest global media companies, where he led a comprehensive digital transformation, combining regional content organizations into a single global network, building a world-renowned streaming platform, and launching multiple brands.
John led one of Accenture’s largest, most strategic, global relationships with a team of more than 27,000 Accenture people who support core front- and back-office operations for one of the largest and most successful platform companies in the world.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
