John Crosthwait (“JC”) heads Accenture’s U.S. Communications, Media and Technology Client Group and is a member of the company’s Global Management Committee.
In this role, he works side by side with many of the world’s best known and innovative companies to help reinvent how they operate, continue to create and deliver winning customer experiences, leverage partnerships to expand industry boundaries, and build a digital core and workforce of the future.
An Accenture veteran, JC has been with the company for more than three decades. Before his current role, he led Accenture’s West Market Unit, a region spanning 13 states, and served as client account lead for one of the world’s largest global media companies, where he led a comprehensive digital transformation, combining regional content organizations into a single global network, building a world-renowned streaming platform, and launching multiple brands. JC also led one of Accenture’s most strategic global relationships with a team of more than 27,000 Accenture people supporting core front- and back-office operations for one of the most successful platform companies in the world.
JC is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and is based in southern California.
