Become part of our international network, actively collaborate with our leadership. We are looking for a resource to be included in the Employee Relations Team in order to provide leadership and strategic direction to the HR compliance agenda, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s Core Value and Code of Business Ethics ensuring fair and equitable treatment of Employees and effective communication; enforcing policies; investigating workplace conflicts and resolving them in a positive manner to ensure the Accenture workplace is a comfortable environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer basic guidance on HR policies and procedures, supporting HR colleagues in understanding and applying internal guidelines

  • Assist in the coordination of activities related to program and change management, promoting communication and collaboration within the team, and supporting Employee Relations (ER) initiatives

  • Act as point of contact with Payroll department and provide operational support for personnel administration matters

We are waiting for you:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience related in Labor Relations acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations or in a consultancy firm

  • Knowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, Human Resources practices, including handling and resolving Employees complaints

  • Master’s degree preferably in legal or economic disciplines Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
