As a Pega Developer, you’ll work in an agile environment on a flagship in-house application used to manage the counterparty lifecycle within the client’s Lending Value Chain. This solution is a key part of the client’s Digital Transformation Strategy, streamlining onboarding and due diligence processes through automation and smart workflow design.
YOUR MISSION:
- Develop and configure Pega-based components to deliver high-quality features and workflows
- Analyze system design and documentation, identify gaps, and propose improvements
- Collaborate with team members to validate requirements, clarify technical logic, and ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain clean code and follow development standards, version control, and agile delivery practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support integrations with APIs, data models, and external systems
- Share knowledge and insights within the team to enhance delivery quality and speed
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Pega platform development
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) is required; Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is an advantage
- Familiarity with SOAP, REST, and PL/SQL for integration and backend work
- Good understanding of data modeling, XML (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath), and UML
- Basic knowledge of BPM principles and process automation
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments and understanding of DevOps practices
- A proactive team player eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within the Pega ecosystem
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher); German language is a plus
