YOUR MISSION
Work on impactful projects using Java (Spring) and related frameworks
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications (AWS, custom Java frameworks)
Gain hands-on experience with Gen AI and other emerging technologies
Be a key player in a fast-moving Agile team with strong DevOps culture
Contribute to iterative prototyping to optimize user experience
Take the opportunity to grow into an architect role and lead teams
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, shaping the future of our tech community
WHO YOU ARE
-
Experienced in Java development (5+ years of experience)
-
Proficient with Spring framework
-
You have solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
-
Experienced in technical design and solution architecture
-
University educated (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field)
-
You communicate well in English (at least B2 level)
-
Fluent in Slovak (C2 level)
Nice to have:
-
Experience with frontend development (JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar)
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
-
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

Experience in team and project management
