WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Create and maintain a training program for increased business, customer service and technical knowledge
• Escalate problems to third-level support personnel when appropriate using the escalation procedures outlined in the Help Desk Standard Operating Procedures manual
• Perform application monitoring and application operations
• Integration of monitoring tools with ITSM systems and other monitoring tools
• Support the preparation of solution architecture
• Troubleshoot application issues
• Monitor application performance
• Install, maintain, configure and ensure integrity of relevant applications
• Perform back-up & restore activities
• Ensure timely responses to incoming queries by the project's service desk team, resolving each interaction to customers' satisfaction while tracking all customer contacts, research questions and issues
• Oversee the activities of the Service Helpdesk and act as a point of contact for the Customer in the scope of Incident and Problem management
• Develop a performance measurements framework and facilitate team member feedback system
• Participate in the development of a service-level agreement and ongoing management of service-level compliance

Qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Minimum three years of proven relevant work experience
• Experience in the field of implementation and development of application monitoring tools, IT services and/or applications  
• Experience within an IT Service Management & reporting for defined service domain
• Experience in problem & incident management and fundamental technical system trouble shooting abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organisation
• Experience using the Angular 2/Java/Spring Boot/SQL Server/RabbitMQ/Cassandra technology stack is a plus
• Motivated personality and ability to work in self-organised teams
• Fluent in English 

WHAT WE OFFER

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 600 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
