Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operational workflows. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Callidus modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP Callidus and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
