Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the process blueprints are accurately developed. You will also focus on quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in business processes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in creating process blueprints and defining key performance indicators.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
