My day starts with a daily stand-up with my colleagues from Sweden, Austria, and the Philippines. We work with scrum methodology, and I am assigned the role as scrum master. I facilitate the scrum meetings that are required, but I also get to do some technical work in the system environment. The solution is in the cloud, and we work with containerized applications. It feels like I am taking part in cutting-edge technology of today.
What I love about working at Accenture is the diversity as there are so many different cultures, backgrounds, and countries. Accenture really nurtures and encourages diversity and recognizes the strength you get from working with diverse teams. It can be challenging, but the rewards are multiple.

Accenture IF allows me to spend time on my interests in running, swimming, rock-climbing, and cross-country skiing with colleagues. I have been part of the cross-country skiing section where we organized a long weekend trip to Orsa for 100 of our colleagues. We have also organized a trip to Wasaloppet Öppet Spår and Tjejvasan for 50 Accenture participants skiing in our branded clothing. All this has been so much fun and fulfilling.
When I am not working, I spend time with my family, three daughters, and two dogs. We like to go skiing in the winter and swimming in the summer at a nearby lake. When we get the chance, we also enjoy to travel.
