What I do
I help our clients understand how they can increase the performance of their sales and service department by leveraging a cloud solution called Salesforce. When they decide to engage in a business transformation journey, I will be there to help them understand what they will have to do, how they will do it and who they will have to involve. I also help them coming up with solution to the challenges we will meet along the journey.
I will start my day by connecting with my project team members to exchange on the project progress. I will then have a work session with my client to understand their issues to come up with solution to the challenges that we have identified.
In addition to the tasks I have toward my client, I also support other colleagues who may need my knowledge and expertise in discussion with other clients or project opportunities.
I also appreciate having small informal talks with my colleagues and project team members, to get to know them better… I am the type of person who appreciate having discussions and talks at the coffee machine. To keep up with the technological innovations in customer sales and services, I also dedicate time to different training and certifications.
My colleagues and the people I get to work with are what motivate me to get to work every day. I am lucky enough to say that I have made friends in each one of the projects that I worked on.
Also, it´s important for me to be able to collaborate and learn from people with different expertise, cultural background and education. Diversity was one of the reasons I joined Accenture.
